Mission for Christ of Refugees International is a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to serving refugees, displaced persons, and vulnerable communities worldwide. Founder's Biography
ABOUT
Born and raised in Haiti, our founder carries a lifelong compassion shaped by the realities she witnessed as a child. Growing up in a community where hardship was common, she developed a deep desire to uplift those who were overlooked and underserved. What began as a childhood dream grew into a calling, a conviction from God to serve the less privileged with humility, courage, and unwavering faith.
Her journey has been marked by perseverance, service, and a commitment to creating opportunities for others. Guided by her belief that every person deserves dignity, education, and hope, she expanded her efforts beyond Haiti, reaching underserved communities worldwide. Today, she leads with vision, integrity, and a heart devoted to empowering others through biblical teaching, humanitarian outreach, and sustainable community development.

Velande Joseph
U.S Administrator
The US Administrator oversees all board meetings and maintains continuous communication with the Haiti-based team to ensure organizational alignment and operational efficiency. She provides leadership across Operations, Public Relations, project management, and communications, while also serving as Board Secretary. Her role includes safeguarding corporate policy and legal integrity, coordinating cross‑border initiatives, and supporting strategic decision‑making at the executive level.
Mulene Joseph
United States board member
She provides strategic oversight, governance support, and executive‑level guidance to advance the organization’s mission and cross‑border initiatives.
Jeremiah Dauphin
United States Board member
His role includes contributing to long‑term planning, evaluating program effectiveness, supporting fundraising and public relations efforts, and representing the U.S. division in all major organizational decisions.
HAITI TEAM
Rolando Jacques
Director of Operations (Haiti)
He manages day‑to‑day operations for the Haiti Bible Training Center, overseeing staff, administrative workflows, and ensuring compliance and organizational stability. He also serves as Emergency Relief Import Manager, coordinating logistics, customs processes, and cross‑border shipments during crisis response efforts.
Stephanas Joseph
Administrative and operational leadership
She is an incredibly talented worship leader, known for her spiritual maturity and ability to guide others in meaningful, Spirit‑led worship and biblical teaching. She provides operational leadership, administrative support, and structured oversight to ensure safe, effective, and impactful programming.
